What level of support do I get from TradingView?

The level of support you receive from TradingView will depend on the type of account you possess.

TradingView prioritises users with a Premium Account, followed by, in order of priority, a Plus account, a Essential account, and lastly, a Basic account.

Finding support from TradingView #

The help centre for TradingView is found in the bottom right corner of the homepage or on a chart screen. Click the Question Mark icon to open the centre. The help centre window will appear, from which you can quickly search for answers to your queries or browse by category.

If you cannot find the answer to resolve your issue within TradingView’s help centre, you can reach out to their support team.


Scroll down within the help centre window to find additional options for support. Depending on the account type, the help centre may not allow you to open a support ticket. Support tickets are reserved for paid accounts.


TradingView also advises that you visit their Reddit page to find support for any issue you may be experiencing. On Reddit, not only can TradingView’s support staff monitor and reply to queries, but expert community members also participate, offering support and handy tips and tricks.
